To fix peeling wallpaper, apply glue on the back end of the peeled piece, and press it back to the wall. Refill bubbles, and smooth it with a roller. Use glue, a wallpaper roller, an artist's paint brush, paper towels, painter's tape, a needle and a syringe to complete this task.
- Peel off the wallpaper
Pull back the loose piece of the wallpaper to the point where the wallpaper is securely attached to the wall. Use a paper towel to wipe any dust and debris from the exposed wall and the back of the peeled piece.
- Apply glue
Dip an artist's paint brush into the repair glue, and apply a thin layer of the glue to the peeled piece's back end. Press the wallpaper back into place, and smooth it with a wallpaper roller to tighten the bond. Use a paper towel to wipe off excess glue along the edges.
- Remove the bubbles
Fill the syringe with glue, inject the needle into the bubbles, and fill the bubbles. Once the bubbles are filled, roll them down, and wipe off any excess glue that oozes from the syringe holes.
- Apply the tape
Attach the painter's tape along the edges of the paper, and allow it to sit for 24 hours. Remove the tape once the glue is dry.
