How do you get a flashlight for a mobile phone?

To get a flashlight on your Apple smartphone, go into the Control Center to enable the flashlight setting. For an android phone, you must download a flashlight app.

  1. Go to the Control Center

    Access the Control Center by swiping up from the bottom on the Home screen of your phone.

  2. Press the flashlight icon

    In the Control Center, there is an icon with the image of a flashlight on the bottom left. Tap this icon to turn the flashlight on. When turned on, the icon is white.

  3. Tap the flashlight icon when finished.

    Be sure to turn off the flashlight when you are finished with it. When turned off, the icon greys out, indicating that the flashlight is no longer in use.
