What is a flying water tube?

A flying water tube is an inflatable water craft designed to lift above the water service when being towed by a boat. They come in different colors and designs.

The Flying Manta Ray Inflatable Watercraft can lift off the surface of the water at a speed of 23 miles an hour. The watercraft will hover in the air and is attached to the towing vehicle by a rope. The Flying Manta Ray was discontinued due to it being unsafe for riders. Multiple broken bones, drowning incidents and instances of riders being paralyzed when crashing are some of the reasons this product was discontinued.
