Like Overeaters Anonymous and Alcoholics Anonymous, Food Addicts Anonymous explains that it follows a series of steps based in spirituality that are meant to help a person abstain from the overconsumption of food. Along with the steps, Food Addicts Anonymous also provides basic food plans to guide addicts as they change their lifestyles.
