How is a blue moon shot made?

Creating a Blue Moon shot requires the following ingredients: Amaretto, Irish Whisky Cream and Blue Curacao. You need 1/2 oz. of each ingredient. You also need a shaker, some crushed ice, a strainer, and a shot glass.

1. Mix the ingredients into the shaker

   Fill the shaker with crushed ice. Measure and add each ingredient to the mix.

2. Shake the mix well

   Close the shaker and stir the mix well a couple of times.

3. Strain the mix into the glass

   Pour the contents of the shaker into the shot glass. Use the metal strainer to separate the ice from the mix.
