How do you serve brie cheese?

Brie cheese can be served with crackers, pasta or an omelet. It can also be served with various types of meats, such as turkey. Brie also pairs well with fruits, such as pears, apples, berries and citrus fruits.

Sweet syrups, such as fruit preserves like fig and raspberry, honey, dark chocolate and nuts can all be eaten with brie. Brie cheese should be served at room temperature and can be taken out of the refrigerator and left to stand covered 30 minutes to 1 hour before being served. The wheel-shaped cheese can be cut with a thin and long knife into cake like pieces or served whole on a plate.
