France is well-known for its wine and vineyards across the country. The Eiffel Tower is a well-known landmark in the city of Paris, France.
The Eiffel Tower is named after Gustave Eiffel who was in charge of the company who designed and constructed the tower. The tower is 1,050 feet tall and made from iron. Every seven years, the Eiffel Tower is repainted to prevent rust.
France is also known for its cheese. Over 350 types of cheese are made across the country. The country is also known for Champagne. Only grapes that have been grown in the region of Champagne can actually be labelled Champagne.
