Does Fry's Electronics sell refurbished laptops?

As of May 2015, Fry's Electronics sells refurbished laptops both in-store and through Frys.com. A limited range of HP, Samsung, Dell and Lenovo models are available.

Frys.com does not list whether the laptops have been refurbished by the manufacturer or internally by the store. While laptops refurbished by the manufacturer are usually subject to testing and quality control, laptops refurbished by a retail store may simply be customer returns that are placed back on the shelf. The presence of a manufacturer warranty is usually a good indication that the computer has been refurbished by the manufacturer. The laptops listed at Frys.com generally only have 90-day warranties.
