"Fully rely on God" or F.R.O.G is a Christian term that means that an individual should completely rely on God to save her from any trials or tribulations she may be going through. This phrase serves as a guiding light for many Christians going through everyday life.

In the Christian religion, biblical doctrine teaches that people should always believe in God's healing powers regardless of their dire situations. The Bible verse 1 Peter 5:7 says, "Cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you." F.R.O.G is an extension of biblical lessons and is widely utilized by many Christians.
