What is the function of Pi?
By Forinfos - 25/04/2026 - 0 comments
The mathematical constant pi has many uses, most of which are associated with the circle or circular objects. Often, pi is used for geometric purposes, such as calculating the area of a circle or the volume of a sphere.
Pi is an irrational number that does not have a specific value that can be shown. Often, the value is rounded to 3.14 or shown as the fraction 22/7. Outside of mathematics, pi is also used in physics for calculating measurements such as angular velocity. Pi is also necessary when converting between degrees and radians, as one radian is equal to pi/180 degrees.
