What is The Fur Vault from Macy's?

The Fur Vault from Macy's is a fur service sub-department available at select stores. The Fur Vault offers maintenance services for fur coats and other pieces. The Macy's website also has a subsection called The Fur Vault; however, the online Fur Vault is only for purchasing fur coats and clothing.

While all U.S.-based customers can shop the online Fur Vault, only 15 states have Macy's locations with The Fur Vault. In-person services at The Fur Vault are not limited to fur pieces purchased from the online department. The Fur Vault offers storage, cleaning, alterations and repair. Customers can also trade in their furs or opt to have outdated fur garments restyled into modern fur clothing.
