How can you check traffic conditions on the Mass Pike?

To check traffic conditions on the Mass Pike, visit the Massachusetts Department of Transportation website, MassDoT.state.ma.us. From the main page, click on the Quick Link tab and select Traffic & Travel Services button. On the new page, hit the Traffic Maps link.

The new page provides the option to see a map with road work and incidents or a map with real time traffic. To view the roadwork or incidents at a specific location, click the marker that is blue or green. Green markers indicate a single point incident, while the blue markers provide information on a linear incident. On the real time traffic map, red, yellow or green lines indicate the current rate of speed of traffic along the route.
