Is a gluten fee diet recommended for those with fibromyalgia?

Some studies suggest a gluten free diet will lessen the symptoms of fibromyalgia, according to MedicineNet. This diet does not help all patients, however.
Many people suffering from fibromyalgia also suffer from a gluten intolerance. This is why a gluten free diet seems to help relieve symptoms. Dairy, sugar, yeast, gluten and aspartame all seem to make the condition of fibromyalgia worse. The best way to determine which foods will make the condition worse is to cut out one food item at a time and see if the symptoms lessen. What makes one fibromyalgia patient sick may not have any effect on another sufferer of the condition.
