Three free Android applications designed to improve administration of or participation in softball tournaments are APK, Enjore, and Exposure Softball Events. In addition to assisting with scheduling and bracket design, these applications perform several functions unique to baseball and softball.

All three applications support Android devices as well as Apple's iOS for iPhone and iPad so that everyone at a tournament with a smartphone can access the functions. In addition to bracket and score updates, the applications offer interactive scoring, statistics for each team and player, rosters and standings. The Exposure Softball Event application provides address information and directions to game venues.
