Some good learning games about science include, Late Nite Labs, Fantastic Contraptions and CSI: The Experience, notes the School District of Horicon. These are all online games available to play for free or offer some free experiments to try.

Some websites and educational programs have created science-based games to teach kids certain things about physics, the scientific method and even gathering evidence. For instance, Rice University in collaboration with various partners created the CSI Experience game which sets up several crime scenarios that players must solve using basic scientific techniques. The game shows players how to gather evidence, run tests and analyze results.
