To make a citrus-marinated turkey, combine 4 cups of freshly squeezed orange juice, 16 crushed garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon of red pepper flakes, 8 sprigs of fresh rosemary, 8 sprigs of fresh thyme and 2 tablespoons of whole black peppercorns.
