What are some good side dishes to accompany lobster?

A good side dish to serve with lobster is baked potatoes with cheddar cheese, butter and sour cream. Top it with garlic salt, pepper and butter before baking it. Seasoned new potatoes with butter and a fresh green salad also are good side dishes to go with lobster.

Any variety of simple steamed vegetables or cool vegetable salads go great with lobster. For example, cold lobster goes well with a side dish of cucumber salad with tomatoes, olive oil, and vinegar or fresh, steamed broccoli.

Another good side dish is corn on the cob with dinner rolls, or accompany it with sautéed sugar snap peas and garlic mashed potatoes.
