What are good veggies and beans to eat for gout?

Carrots, celery and green salad are among the vegetables included in a sample "gout diet" menu provided by Mayo Clinic. Vegetables that are low in purines and beans that are not dry appear to be the best options, according to Everyday Health.
Asparagus, spinach and cauliflower are among vegetables considered high in purines, reports Everyday Health. High-purine vegetables may aggravate gout but not as much as high-purine meats in many cases. Thus, many people with gout do not experience issues when eating most or all natural vegetables. Dried beans, such as fava and garbanzo beans, are high in purines and can cause people trouble.
