Why is grease bad for your body?
By Forinfos - 25/01/2026 - 0 comments
Greasy foods are high in fat and can elevate cholesterol. More cholesterol can lead to build up in the veins and arteries, leading to high blood pressure and heart disease.
While fat is essential for hormone, temperature and energy regulation, too much bad fat, such as trans fat, can increase the amount of cholesterol in the blood, which leads to fatty buildup. Greasy foods are also bad for the skin, though their consumption does not necessarily cause skin to produce more oil. The oil put into the air during food preparation, however, can clog the pores and lead to acne.
