Where are gymnastic lessons for kids held in Denver?

Colorado School of Gymnastics, Gymnastics Plus and Dardano's School of Gymnastics are Denver facilities that offer children's lessons. TIGAR Gymnastics in Wheat Ridge and Colorado Gymnastics Institute in Aurora are also located within the greater Denver area.

As of 2015, all of these schools start normal lessons at age 3. TIGAR offers a tumbling club for children as young as 2.5, and the majority of facilities in the area provide parent and tot lessons for toddlers as young as 16 to 18 months old. Toddler lessons typically focus on basic coordination, balance and flexibility skills, and children take on more complex technique, such as building core strength and performing on beams and vaults.
