What happens when you don't register your new Goodyear tires immediately after purchase?

If customers do not register their new Goodyear tires immediately after purchase, they may miss product safety recalls. Goodyear uses registration only to inform customers about safety concerns. It does not use the information for marketing.
To register tires online, a customer needs her Goodyear tire registration form from the dealer and
the U.S. Department of Transportation numbers on the tires. Goodyear's Register Tires page has a link showing how to locate the DOT number. On the registration page, customers can input their names and addresses, the name and address of the store where they bought the tires, the date of purchase and the DOT numbers.
