Hard copy books of the Kitchener, Ontario directory are still made as of 2015, but they are not actively distributed. Kitchener residents have not received automatic directory deliveries since March 2013.

The use of printed directories is dwindling since the advent of the Internet. The Yellow Pages Group's manager and director of marketing communications reported that rising numbers of Canadians use the company's websites, YellowPages.ca and Canada411.ca, instead of physical directories. A free smartphone application created by the company is also available to act as a directory. Canadians who still use printed directories need to submit requests to continue receiving hard copies.
