Hershey's provides tours at the Hershey's Chocolate World attraction in Hershey, Pennsylvania. Tour admission is free, and no tickets are needed. Each tour lasts 30 minutes, and tours are wheelchair accessible.

The tour shows how cocoa beans from the tropical rain forest are sent to the factory and made into chocolate. People who attend the tour receive a free sample.

The Hershey's Chocolate World attraction also offers other activities. For an extra fee, visitors can attend activities including Create Your Own Candy Bar, 4D Chocolate Mystery, Chocolate Tasting Experience, Hershey Trolley Works, and Breakfast With Santa and Mrs. Claus.
