The Microsoft Surface book and Acer Aspire E5-573G-57HR are two highly rated laptop computers. PCMag rates the two computers at 4.5 out of five and four out of five, respectively. The Surface Book can also be used as a tablet by detaching the keyboard.

Powered by Intel's 6th Generation i5 and i7 CPUs, the Surface Book has up to 1 terabyte of storage space and 16 gigabytes of RAM. The device features a 3,000 by 2,000 pixel touchscreen, two cameras on both sides and a pressure-sensitive stylus.

The Acer Aspire E5-573G-57HR has an Intel i5-5200U CPU, 8 gigabytes of RAM and 1 terabyte of storage space. The laptop has a dedicated GPU: the Geforce 130M by Nvidia. The battery lasts for up to about eight hours.
