Drylok E1 paint for garage floors is highly rated because it is highly resistant to moisture, dries in a thick coating and does not require a primer to work. Epoxy-Seal is highly rated because it is a quality, less expensive option. Reviews for Epoxy-Seal, however, have stated it has issues with hot tire pickup.
