Bed, Bath & Beyond, Wal-Mart, The Container Store and Overstock.com offer many types of glass canisters for sale. As of 2015, best-sellers at Bed, Bath & Beyond are the American-made Anchor Hocking square, stackable glass canisters, available in sizes from 1 quart to 2 1/2 quart.

Wal-Mart offers a three-piece Anchor Hocking cracker-jar canister set with screw-on metal lids. The canisters hold 32 ounces, 2 quarts and 1 gallon. For large-capacity glass canisters, The Container Store’s best-selling round glass canister with lid comes in 3-quart, 1-gallon and 2-gallon sizes. Unlike the Anchor Hocking canister lids, these are not tight fitting.
