Does Humana list providers by state?

Although Humana does not publish a list of providers by state as of 2015, it does offer a provider locator tool on its official website. To use the tool to find doctors, dentists and other providers, users can visit the home page and click on Find a Doctor.

To use the tool, users select the type of doctor from the drop-down menu that appears on the Search page and click Go. The options include medical, dental, vision or pharmacy providers. Users can narrow the search results by selecting the coverage type, such as Individuals and Families or Medicaid. They can enter a ZIP code to locate providers within a certain area, or choose to search for providers based on a Humana member ID.
