For example, 100 percent FPL is reached with an income of $973 a month for a household of one, while the limit is not reached until $1,988 a month for a household of four. This means that a household of four needs to make less than $2,842 a month for children to qualify and less than $974 a month for parents and relative caregivers to qualify.
