How do you iron a satin dress?

To iron a satin dress, turn it inside out and place a cloth over the satin fabric. Then press it using a low heat setting; do not use a steam setting.

1. Turn the dress inside out

   Carefully turn the dress inside out, and place it on an ironing board. Satin fabrics should be ironed on the reverse side to avoid damaging the delicate fabric.

2. Place a cloth over the fabric

   Place a cloth, such as a lightweight towel or handkerchief, over the dress to protect the satin from the direct heat of the iron.

3. Iron on a low setting

   Iron gently on top of the protective cloth on a low heat setting until creases are removed. Do not use a steam setting, as the moisture can damage satin.
