Does the IRS website offer an itemized deduction checklist?

As of 2015, the Internal Revenue Service does not provide an itemized deduction checklist on its website. To view a list of possible itemized deductions, users can refer to the IRS's official itemized deduction worksheet, Schedule A (Form 1040), according to Investopedia.

Users can view a one-page list of itemized deductions on Schedule A, which is available to view or download as a PDF on the IRS website. Instructions, recent tax code updates and examples of specifically permitted and prohibited expenses can be found on the form's accompanying instruction sheet. Examples of possible itemized deductions include medical expenses, theft losses and charitable donations, as stated by the IRS and Investopedia.
