The "Jeopardy" theme song used from 1984 and in use as of 2015 is entitled "Think!" The song was created by famous game show mogul and creator of "Jeopardy," Merv Griffin, as a lullaby for his son. The song's original title was "A Time for Tony."
Merv Griffin also composed "January, February, March" and "Frisco Disco", the introduction and closing theme music used on the "All-New Jeopardy" series that ran from 1978 to 1979. The original "Jeopardy" theme song was "Take Ten," which was composed by Julann Griffin, Merv's wife. "Take Ten" was the show's theme song from the first show in 1964 through 1975.
