Was Jess Hardy a part of the WWE?

Real life brothers Jeff and Matt Hardy competed in the WWE as The Hardy Boyz from 1998 to 2003. In 2003, their tag team was split up, and they began competing as singles. From 2004 to 2006, Jeff competed in Total Nonstop Action Wrestling. After sevearl no-shows which resulted in his suspension, Jeff returned to WWE in 2006. After four more years with WWE, Jeff returned to TNA and remained with the company until August, 2014.
