What is a job proposal?
By Forinfos - 11/10/2025 - 0 comments
A job proposal is when a person crafts a document to outline what he stands to bring to an organization in a given role. It is the opposite of a job posting in that it is the aspiring employee seeking to prove the need for a position to the company.
In some cases, a current employee creates a proposal to outline a desired promotion or job change inside the organization. Other times, an external candidate prepares a proposal in order to be hired. Job proposals are usually one page and include information about organizational needs, the candidate's proposed duties, and the candidate's skills and accomplishments.
