The Salade Nicoise includes new potatoes, tuna, green beans, cucumber and beets, among other ingredients. The salad gets its name from the Nicoise olives that go in it, and it is covered in a Dijon mustard dressing. The ingredients for beer bread include 3 cups of self-rising flour, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 6 tablespoons of melted butter and a 12-ounce can of beer. The carbonation of the beer helps this bread to rise while baking.
