The term "Juggalo" refers to fans of the rap band Insane Clown Posse or other music produced by Psychopathic Records. Juggalos participate in an annual music festival called The Gathering of the Juggalos and typically wear face paint that resembles clown or corpse make-up.

The term "Juggalo" originated at a 1994 Insane Clown Posse concert. During a performance of the song "The Juggla," Insane Clown Posse band member Violent J referred to the audience as Juggalos, and the term stuck with the band's fan base. During the annual Gathering of the Juggalos, which is usually held in the Midwest, Juggalos gather to attend concerts by music groups belonging to the subgenre of horror-core.
