As of 2015, Cintas hires drivers as either shuttle drivers or route service sales representatives. While shuttle drivers help transport the products the company provides to businesses, route service sales representatives have the additional role of providing customer support upon arrival and also selling services, notes Cintas. People can apply for these positions in their areas using the Indeed and Cinta websites.

Cinta employees who work as shuttle drivers need to have a Class A commercial drivers license, states Indeed. Those working as route service sales representatives need to be skilled in customer relation management and be service-oriented, notes Cintas.

Some of the benefits the company provides its driving professionals include a 4-day work week without night or weekend shifts and a competitive compensation package.
