What is KitchenAid's mixer warranty?

KitchenAid offers a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. They will replace defective mixers for free and arrange for the return of the defective mixer.

According to kitchenaid.com, KitchenAid will replace a stand mixer if it fails within the first year of purchase. This can be achieved by calling the Customer Satisfaction Center. KitchenAid will not cover damaged mixers due to use in non-single family homes, alterations, accidents or abuse of the product. Once you receive your replacement mixer, place the failed device in the provided shipping carton, include your name, address and proof of purchase, and ship it back to KitchenAid.
