Kroger accepts coupons only for face value as of 2015, as stated in Kroger's coupon policy. The company ended doubling coupons in 2014, reports The Columbus Dispatch.

Kroger accepts both paper and digital coupons. Digital coupons are linked electronically to the user's Plus Card. The store accepts one manufacturer coupon per item, whether paper or digital. The company also reserves the right to limit the number of coupons accepted for like items. Kroger accepts home-printed Internet coupons as long as they scan properly and do not appear altered by the user. Store managers make the final decision in acceptance of any coupons.
