The Kubota Corporation is a manufacturer and distributor of heavy farming machinery. Headquartered in Osaka, Japan, the corporation is best known for the Kubota tractor. The Kubota tractor was introduced stateside in 1969, and since 1988 Kubota has manufactured parts and machinery in the United States, as well as Asia.

Kubota makes the best-selling under 120 horsepower tractor in the United States, leading to the corporation having over 1,100 dealers in the United States and a U.S. headquarters in Torrance, California. Kubota has a corporate culture of focusing on creating environmentally friendly products, for which it has received multiple awards.
