Laura Dotson, along with her husband, Dan Dotson, is an auctioneer on the A&E series "Storage Wars." The Dotsons have served as the show's main auctioneers since its debut on Dec. 1, 2010.

Laura's husband, Dan Dotson, comes from a family of auctioneers, and began his career as an auctioneer at the age of 11. Dan introduced Laura to the auction business, and the couple formed American Auctioneers, a company that oversees auctions in exchange for a percentage of the bids. Dan and Laura are well-known for their distinct manner of speaking, which Dan refers to as the "auction chant." As of July 2015, Dan and Laura oversee more than 1,500 auctions per year.
