Is it legal to reprint coupons?

Reprinted coupons are legal, according to The Krazy Coupon Lady. The number of times that the coupons can be reprinted per computer is set by the company that offers the coupons.
Many companies that offer coupons allow one to two reprints per computer. Companies like Coupons.com and Target allow for two printouts. Other companies, such as SmartSource.com, request that users download their free software application to make copies. This is done to figure out which printer the coupon is being sent to and thereby limit the number of coupon printouts. Thus, a person can use a different computer and printer to obtain more coupons.
Photocopying coupons is not legal.
