As of July 2015, Lifetouch does not offer promo codes on its website. However, promo codes are included with purchases of portrait packages, enabling returning customers to save on their subsequent business.

Customers can find promo codes for Lifetouch on large discount websites such as RetailMeNot, Goodsearch.com and Shop At Home. However, these promotions can expire, be limited to a particular geographic location or be one-use only, so they may not always work. Some of the deals also appear as sales on Lifetouch's own site, with the discounter not offering anything unique.

Lifetouch is affiliated with Photogifts.com, so a promotion valid at one site is generally also valid on the other.
