Other symptoms of liver cancer include an enlarged spleen, nausea, vomiting, fluid build up in the abdomen and jaundice or yellowing of the skin and whites of the eyes. Abnormal bleeding and bruising can occur. In some cases, the patient might have a fever. Fatigue, loss of appetite and dark urine are all possible, according to the Cleveland Clinic.
