What is a load lock for freight?
By Forinfos - 13/03/2025 - 0 comments
A load lock keeps cargo from moving around inside a truck or van. Load locks are available in two styles to accommodate either a full truckload or a partial truckload.
Transporting mixed cargo may require a variety of load locks in different styles and sizes to prevent items from colliding with each other. Metal logistics tracks inside the cargo area provide a series of anchor holes for load restraint devices, such as nets and bars. Combining vertical and horizontal tracks can secure multiple sizes of freight in the same trailer. Tie-down rings in the floor create another anchor point for securing cargo.
