To locate a Kaiser Permanente member services number, visit the main Kaiser website at KaiserPermanente.org. Click on the Health Services section, then click on Member Services.

The Member Services page brings up all member services departments, locations and phone numbers. The numbers are separated by region, including California, Colorado, Washington and the District of Columbia, among many others. Each state or region listing includes multiple phone numbers for that location’s member services department and notes the operating hours and days in which they are closed.
