How do you log in to your Chase account online?

To sign into a Chase online account, a user name and password are needed. User names and passwords are assigned when the bank account is opened. Online accounts are accessed at Chase.com

In the body of the Chase.com homepage, there is a box with two blank spaces. One is for the account user name, and the other is for the account password. The information is typed into these boxes, and the "Sign In" bottom is clicked. This brings up the account. If a user name or password is not known, there is a link below the user name and password boxes that says "Forgot username/password?" Clicking this link loads a page to retrieve the forgotten user name or password.
