How do you log in to MyChart?

To log in to MyChart, you need a username and access code. Before you can get these records, you need to register with your health care provider. MyChart provides users with secure access to medical records and is only accessible to people who sign up through a health care provider.

Navigate to the MyChart homepage and enter your MyChart ID and access code in the appropriate fields on the top-right corner of the page. When signing up, you can set your ID, but remember that it is permanent; pick something that is easy to remember. If you forget the ID, the only way to retrieve the information is contacting a MyChart representative.
