If you can’t find your user ID, you can use your account number in its place. To change a lost password, use the password reset tool, available on the login page.

To access the password reset tool, click the Forgot Password link next to the account login box, and then click the Password Reset button. You then need to enter personal information to confirm your identity before you can reset your password. After you submit the information, the website sends an email with a temporary password you can use to regain account access. To change the temporary password, access the User Options tab after logging in to your account.
