Do you lose your driver's license if you drop out of high school?

In some states, if students drop out of high school, they lose their driving privileges. Some states also require satisfactory academic progress in order for students to keep their driver's licenses.
Since 1988, many states have implemented some type of "no pass, no drive" law. The students must attend school and maintain certain standards of academic performance or behavior or risk losing their privilege to drive. Most of these laws apply to students who are under the age of 18. For students who do not have their driver's licenses, some states require a certain attendance level or academic standing in order to become licensed to drive.
