What is a lotus flower blossom?
By Forinfos - 11/04/2025 - 0 comments
Lotus flower blossoms are initially flower buds that start off as tight, pointy buds and that are multi-layered and tightly outlined. As the flower bud matures, it relaxes and begins to turn pink, and the fully opened blossom falls downward.
When these petals drop, the central pod of the plant ripens and enlarges, expressing the same shape of the flower. The flower of the plant appears delicate compared to the rest of the plant. The lotus is a symbol of “spontaneous†generation and represents spiritual development, divine birth and creation itself. The bud on a lotus plant symbolizes potential related to a spiritual nature.
